Meet Anni
Anni’s own career has been anything but linear — spanning the arts, construction, HR, manufacturing, and non-profit executive roles. That winding path shaped her belief that adaptability is one of the most valuable skills in both careers and organizations.
As a leader, HR professional, and board director, she has guided strategy and managed change. As a career counsellor, she has worked one-on-one with individuals navigating uncertainty and transition. Those combined experiences gave rise to Wilder Path’s ethos: creative yet practical solutions, people-centered structures, and clarity in times of change.
Today, Anni brings a calm, approachable style to complex challenges. She helps leaders design fair systems, equips managers with tools they’ll actually use, and supports teams in moving forward with confidence.
